May 8, 2024 - Pop and pour. Notes from 48 hrs open (in the fridge overnight in between). On the nose: richly styled lemon and soft creamy vanilla. On the palate: fantastic acidity and solid mineral core, mirrors the nose, and a long finish. No hurry whatsoever to drink. Excellent.

January 13, 2021 - Dried apples, white peach, tropical fruits, bit of acid but on the rich side.
