Community Tasting Notes 3

April 8, 2022 - Served chilled. Tiny bubbles; bread on the nose and palate; ginger ale with dark lemon notes with touches of lemon zest; ends with a semi dry finish. Very Good.

March 29, 2021 - Initial nose of Fuji apple, followed by Meyer lemon, and chalk. The oxidative notes are stronger than autolytic ones.

On the palate are more ripe apple, candied lemon peels, and a hint of yeast towards the end. Bright acidity, balanced by enough residual sugar to give the wine fullness and round mouthfeel.

It’s got all the classic champagne qualities with a bit of age on it.

Solid QPR for a well made champagne.

March 6, 2021 - This champagne spoke to us ... toasted brioche with nice fresh apple fruit, fun bubbles, rich feel throughout. Love it and excellent QPR.
Another great find K&L Champagne Club.
