April 7, 2024 - I found this quite good; took some air and letting the temp come up a bit to really show its stuff. But once it did it was really good. A nice balance between a vinous feel and laser precision. Upside in the cellar

January 27, 2024 - Disgorged 08 Nov 2021, dosage 0g/l, soufre 21 mg/l, age of vines 27 and 52 years. No information on the blend on the back label, internet indicates a blend of a majority of Meunier with PN and C. Red apple, slight ginger, sesame, spice, delicate on the palate with fully body and high linear acid. Finish not persistent but noticeable. Aggressive moouse but creamy. Palate was better than the nose. Didn't do well on the 2nd day and taste flat/tired.
