Community Tasting Notes 4

January 22, 2023 - Pale lemon colour. Medium and developing nose with pear, lemon and rubber. Medium taste of pear, lemon, rubber and wet stone. Medium (+) long and dry finish. High acidity. Medium body. A good barrel aged Verdejo that might need more air than just right out of the bottle. Drink now or over the next couple of years. Goes well with fish or shellfish.

March 17, 2022 - Pale lemon colour. Medium and developing nose with ripe green apples, charred wood, ripe lemon, pear and fennel. Medium taste of green apples, fennel, white pepper and ripe lemon. Medium long and dry finish. High acidity. Medium body. A good and barrel fermented Verdejo that lacks some complexity. Drink now. Goes well with fish or shellfish.

December 26, 2020 - Elegantly fragrant on the nose with ripe lemon citrus, tropical fruit, lemon curd, and peach with touches of sweet vanilla. It is medium-full bodied on the creamy and spicy palate with more lemon, tropical fruit, pineapple, and peach flavours accented with subtle vanilla oak spice notes. It has juicy, mouth-watering acids while vanilla-tinged lemon and leesy notes linger on the long, juicy finish.

June 27, 2020 - Enjoyable quite complex glass of white. Has minerality, is fruity and fresh but also with a bit of wood.
    First day better than second.
