  January 10, 2021 - Nice aromatic complexity: toasty and yeasty up front, giving way to soft jasmine and honeysuckle, white nectarine and a little lemon curd, and a hint of wet slate. A wider range of fruit shows up on the palate, with a little green apple and a little bit of tropical fruit supporting the dominant stone fruit. Mineral notes hang around throughout a lingering finish. Very finely textured, high acidity while staying balanced. The only quibble is that the fruit fades pretty quickly in the palate, leaving just that mineral note. But that doesn't diminish from a really delightful wine.
