June 13, 2021 - SLDS Single Bottle Dinner: Spice, cherry, violets, graphite and black cherries. Really needed some air time to open up. Lovely purity on the palate, with delicate red and black fruits mingling well. Textured and very well balanced. All the components here to do very nicely with time.
