May 31, 2023 - BYOB dinner NOTK (Supernova hotel, Rotterdam): What an energy! 50 shades of lemon, lime and grapefruit. Some petrol, a hint of mint. Lineair with so much extract. It’s already brilliant, but this will be so much better in 10-15 years. High acidity, long finish. 92++

April 15, 2023 - Decant for an hour. Still quite linear and acid driven. After another hour starts to soften and release the fruit. So beautifully balanced and precise. Tropical fruits and steely mineral base wrapped around and acid core. Even the wife asked why this was different from the last bottle. How? It's just better. Yes, that's Müller.
