    June 5, 2021 - fresh berries, a little molasses, flowers, balsam fir, cured meat.... juicy, then classically dry, nice dark fruit persists, fresh and easy but plenty of earthy and savory intrigue to tell you it's Burgundy, I wouldn't push this, but should be worth following a few more years
