November 20, 2015 - This is a very nice wine, especially for the price! Tannins fully resolved, in a pleasant state of mellow maturity for this balanced expression of Nebbiolo, 15 years since harvest.

February 28, 2009 - Scents of leather, wood, and tobacco. Very dry and earthy. Not very fruity, but the wine had hints of tart cherries and spice. After a while, there were hints of port, as well. Medium to heavy tannins. The wine will probably be better in a few years.
