February 21, 2020 - Pajizo con destellos dorados. nariz de buena intensidad, con notas de caja de puros, mantequilla fresca, vainilla, fruto secos y un fondo de fruta blanca. En boca tiene buen ataque, cierta untuosidad, el paso por madera es bastante perceptible, acidez media, estructura media y bastante persistente. El trabajo con la madera busca dar más volumen a una variedad como la airén, normalmente muy discreta.
