February 3, 2024 - Lovely pinot with plenty of red fruit and blossoms on the nose. A bit of spicy tartness in a pleasant way coating the palate of dark cherries and some bright acidity as well. Long and soft finish.

July 8, 2023 - With grilled chicken stuffed with mozzarella n ruccola rolled in serrano. Garlic, onion, tomatoe oregano sauce.
Dark and red berries, root, earthy, fig. Full and dense.
14-16C, no Need to decant, will be a knotch better in a year maybe but excellent now! -

Complex, tasty, musty. Fig, earthy, full.

May 28, 2023 - Nice, a lot of cherry and cola notes. Maybe wait for a year for the next bottle. Good but I hope another year will result in a better wine. Still taste some tannins that can settle further .
