May 12, 2024 - Nice little wine, floral nose, some very mild Vosne characteristics, pleasant well balanced and smooth. Went great with teriyaki steak and a baked potato. Probably has a few more years ahead of it.

March 7, 2023 - Pop and pour. Bright fruit and spice on the nose and palate. Decent, but tannins are very drying and dominating right now. Fruit quickly thins out on the palate. Suggest waiting until late 2024 for tannin to mellow out, but I expect this to become more thin when the tannin dissipates. 14pct ABV

June 25, 2022 - Cellar tour at Louis Jadot (Beaune, France): Still very young and darkly coloured. Still quite young and closed. Lots of black fruit, including cherry. Red berries. Dense tannins. Will be lovely in a few years.
