  January 4, 2024 - decanted for 2.5 hours. chorus of blueberry, boysenberry and blackberry. smoked leather. wonderful. paired nicely with marinated flank steak. should only get better over the next 2-3 years.

  October 4, 2023 - Drinking exceptionally well right now. Decanted for 2 hours. beautifully balanced dark / black / blue berry fruits with nice tannin grip. Paired nicely with smoked and reverse seared bone-in ribeye

  March 26, 2023 - An elegant & well structured red blend made from 44% Cab, 33% Merlot, 10% Malbec, 8% Petit Verdot, & 5% Cab Franc grapes. The wine offered a beautiful crimson color, decadent dark fruits, medium bodied with refined tannins and a long smooth finish. This wine can only get better with additional cellaring.

  December 31, 2022 - Really beautiful. Three hour decant from a magnum. It was smooth and rich. Primarily black fruit with some red notes. The oak was just right and I’d call the balance perfect, even if the structure was lacking a tiny bit. The finish was medium-plus. I’d drink this any time.
