March 24, 2024 - Decanted a portion with stir and it opened fairly quickly. Vacuvin’d the rest and PnP’d portions on day 2 and 3, which opened in about 15 min. Deep, almost neon, copper color.
👃🏻 hint of watermelon, floral notes, herbs, mineral
👅 well balanced acidity with watermelon, orange peel, some strawberry with 30-35 sec finish
Really like this rose, one of the best Provencal roses I have tried

March 5, 2024 - Drinking nicely. Took a bit of time to open up. Not a lot of fleurette character, at least not in the traditional sense. Perhaps that presents itself with more bottle age? Fuller bodied for sure. This wine seems less like a summer wine and more like something you'd drink in the winter with savory provencal dishes.

September 4, 2023 - Drinking particularly well. Deep salmon to copper in the glass, this bottle showed a lot of petrol/rubber cement on opening. Peach skin, and some oxidative fruit notes, it’s totally serious and complex. Balanced and fresh. This could go further…

September 1, 2022 - A very interesting Rosé. The color is pink with a hint of copper. Strawberry, peach and grapefruit pith on the nose. Dry, medium body, medium acidity, and some phenolic bitterness on the palate. There must be some Rolle on the blend of this. Mid-length finish. It feels like Bandol but lighter and a tad more bitter.
