April 1, 2024 - PnP. Air helps, so a 30min decent is recommended. Dark brick red color. Opaque. Cherries, spice, tannins and good balance. Medium to long finish. Always a pleasure.

November 8, 2023 - Drank with minestrone. A bit brooding rather than bright but still as it should be, opening up nicely after an hour and a half. Drink now +5 years with little upside. From 375.
I had half of the 375.
