Community Tasting Notes 1

January 28, 2022 - A powerful and rich Monastrell. The nose offers beguiling aromas of plum preserve, fine cedar with hints of tar, tobacco and baking spices. The palate is dense and heady, yet elegant and polished, backed by well-integrated tannins and fresh acidity coalesced with flavours of plum, ripe black cherry, eucalyptus, cinnamon, cocoa with toasted and roasted notes in the long and savoury finish. 15.5% ABV.
