Community Tasting Notes 2

December 1, 2023 - Deep ruby in colour. Gummy on the nose with a bit of passion fruit. Bit fizzy on the palate from the bottle - secondary fermentation? Not unpleasant but it blew away with a 2 hour decant. Lovely red fruit flavours, grippy and superb length. Great balance and fine tannins. Nice.

March 3, 2021 - Deep garnet red. Complex multilayered red fruits black cherry a bit fresh pepper and dark chocolate complemented with some sweet spices. Full bodied with soft tannins and a very persistent finish
