May 15, 2023 - Just pulled out of the cellar and golly gosh this is one tasty zin!!
Dry Creek Valley (Sonoma County) just absolutely delicious. This will go soooo well with my left over Steak , mashed potatoes and veges. -

August 5, 2022 - First day grape fruit flavors dominated with some sweetness. Day two more balanced fruit flavors without the overt grape finish. By day three everything balanced out with nice black and red fruit flavors with some spicy notes with a medium finish. Recommend hold this for another year or two or need some air before drinking

January 1, 2022 - Interesting blend. While the label says Zinfandel and it is 77% Zin, the other varietals are 22% Petite Sirah and 1% Carignane. It works but I wonder how the Zin would be with a larger proportion.
