February 10, 2023 - Dark cherry red. Muted nose of cherries, plums, touch of VA-like balsamic and leather. Medium bodied with some acidity, dark cherry, some tar, more leather. Finishes decent and medium length with grippy tannins. I think this needs more time to really show its best features.

Really pretty wound up just now, but also packing a lot of fruit, and acid, too. Mostly resolved, sweet tannins, and a long finish. The structure bodes well for the future; avg+ complexity already. Very easily recommended, drink 2021-2039.
