April 14, 2023 - Delicious. Opened 3 bottles last week. Air about 40 min. Even better after 60 min if it lasts that long.

September 19, 2020 - It is a little past its peak. The wine is dark garnet colored with medium legs. Moderate sediment in the bottle. It smells like fig, mineral, mushroom, cedar, light toast, oak, tea and oregano. It tastes like black currant (cassis), cherry and pomegranate. The body is medium/full. The wine finishes long and has high acidity.
