  August 15, 2009 - Notes taken about one hour after opening, slightly chilled. Since my last tasting a year ago, I believe this has developed a more complex nose, strongly dominated by sweet apple, pear & lemon, along with chalky mineral notes. The palate is still quite sweet, apple and pair followed with lemony notes and mineral, with a nice touch of acidity on the back end and finish.
  
  This was my last bottle of '06. It was enjoyed and it will be missed.

  March 23, 2009 - Spearmint, rose hip, baking spice, and lemon work to complexify the solid green apple foundation on the nose. Lemon, grapefruit, citrus, and floral flavors are intense on the palate.

  August 17, 2008 - Consistent with previous notes. Off-dry, light nose of apple, mineral and sweetness. Seems sweeter than the last bottle. Sweet apples and mineral dominate through the palate and finish. Paired well with chinese.
