    February 26, 2024 - Chenin blanc dessert
    50 botritis, 50 late harvest
Nice deep gold colour, high viscosity.
Apricot and quince dominate on the nose.
Oily texture, mostly fruits on the palate. I miss the very high and structured acidity You get in a high-end Tokaji Aszú.
Some lovely, nice stone fruit seeds on the palate as well.

March 5, 2022 - M-mm! Just delicious! So juicy and fresh but also very sweet, without ever getting cloying. This can take a matching with richer desserts. Long life ahead.

January 1, 2022 - Still too young. Typical botrytis notes but needs time to develop.
