But do not be fooled by the lady - Here it is also coarser soil, balsamic vinegar and wood that builds a more complex aromas.
Full-bodied wine with an extremely delicate mouthfeel. So soft, so silky Nebbiolo! Fantastic fruit of red berries against purple fruit peel. Great salts and leather. Great acid. Firm tannins, but still in this soft way. It's butter knife. Very nice finish. It is drawn to the fact that the alcohol shines a little more through and the wine is probably not as cellar worthy as the other Cuves. But - we are still talking for at least 20 years here.
