  November 9, 2023 - BBR Piedmont deep dive (BBR): Ruby tending towards garnet. Black cherries and some perceived sweetness on the nose (v. ripe fruit aromas?). Dark cherries and balsamic on palate; nothing floral at all. Pretty assertive tannins. Quite hot? This is very rich - 'chunky' was the word that I wrote down multiple times! Not necessarily my preferred style but it will tick a lot of boxes for those that prefer this sort of barolo.

  May 20, 2021 - 提前24小时开瓶回塞，气味好像一个巨大而紧握的拳头，多钝劲和大块头的肌肉感。梅子、酸梅汤、梅子味的可乐，黑樱桃和黑莓等黑果、甘草梅，还有些肉汤和焦油，随后有太妃糖，重奶油，甘草，香草，肉桂，月桂叶等各种香料，但是并没有遮盖果味。入口酒体宽大，带有些肥厚感，结构好，集中度高，酸度不突出，单宁强，贴舌，带有颗粒感和粉质感，显得有些生硬和年轻。各种比较清澈多汁的黑果，肉汤，烟熏肉，奶油，陈皮，各种各样的香料还让我想到了十三香。整体维持了嗅觉的印象，大块头，整体比较紧张，好像还没有办法很好地控制自己很强的力量。93/100

  September 11, 2020 - This is Usain Bolt from the starting blocks with an explosive force that comes indescribably out of the glass. As with Mr. Bolt, the power is mixed with great charm and spreads with beautiful concentrated red berries with a predominance of raspberries, wet juicy orange peel, anise, expressive summer flowers, leather, nuts and really a deep strong rocky soil character that gives several layers. Real complex aromas.
  
  Fantastic mouthfeel with energy and power thats remains linear and insanely delicate. This is silk. Fabulous fruit of red concentrated berries, road dust, tobacco, nuts, balsamic vinegar and expressive spice tones. Great acidity and world-class tannin structure. Wine for the next 20-30 years. This is power, this is energy, this balance. Perfection. 100 points.
