April 25, 2024 - Straw color. Aromas of peache, pear, lemon, honey, white flowers, smoke. High acidity, medium body. Taste of lemon, green apple, honey. Mineral. Medium+ finish.

September 19, 2023 - This finally came around over the last couple months. Still acidic, but it has a much deeper and more intense fruit profile with some light sweetness to balance it out. Quite nice. This should hold for a while.
