Medium taste of ripe yellow apples, ripe peach, nectarine, ripe lemon, charred wood, butter and wet stone. Long and dry finish, Medium acidity. Medium body. A very good Pouilly-Fuissé that is well oaked and feels full bodied compared to the 2018 vintage. Drink now. Goes well with cheeses, fish, shellfish or spicy food.
