March 8, 2023 - Light bodied burgundian style, beautifully perfumed nose, tart cherry up front, lingering finish. Drinking well now.

November 26, 2022 - Tasted blind an absolutely loved this wine! Very pale ruby colour and with delicious and exuberant fragrance of red cherry cola, mint, menthol. The palate has bright red cherry cola green green and redcurrant, raspberry and with great acidity. Very long finish, loved this.

November 16, 2022 - Notes from memory. Very rich, textured wine. Good blend of forest floor, mushrooms, wood smoke, and potpourri with sweet strawberry, raspberry, and blueberry notes. The finish was refined. Good structure and will be best 2024-2030. Technical score: 92. Enjoyment score: 92.

  • Nati Winos Likes this wine:

August 27, 2022 - Top notch Burgundian style Pinot. Earthy, herbs, mushroom, light strawberry, cigar ash, higher acidity, long finish and more warmth than the 13.5 listed. She says tastes like a perfect day.

July 1, 2022 - Iron, raspberry, toast, slightly burnt character (in a positive sense), whiff of jam but again in a positive sense, clove, . Medium bodied on the palate, red cherry, feels like it might be a little flabby in the mid-palate then acidity comes through on the finish. Quite well structured. I think another 5 years and this will be singing. Superb Californian PInot.
