August 2, 2020 - Wines from the Punchdown; 7/9/2020-8/8/2020 (Home): Zesty red fruit. Softly textured midpalate, tangy and lightly bitter finish in the way that I like it. Mouthfeel is loose but the wine manages to keep it all together.

March 31, 2020 - You will think this is Syrah for its dense perfumed violets, dark berries, and mocha. It’s instead a beautifully silky Cab Franc which reveals itself with the tiniest bit of creeping manure. Really no off putting pyrazine to deduct from. Very intense tannins well integrated into a creamy milk chocolate raspberry bomb. Big and very big and took me four days to finish, but I enjoyed each incremental moment.
