March 11, 2023 - Decanted for a few hours before tasting in a pretty awesome lineup. This bottle held its own and was WOTN for a number of people in our tasting group. It’s still young, but was showing great balance, lovely texture, and lots of ripe cherry and rose petal on the nose.

October 8, 2021 - Ready now (after a decent decant) but will improve. The nose is so heady: dark cherries, raspberry, heady herbs, dried roses. It’s utterly sublime. It’ll just get better but the acidity right now is just so fresh.
