Community Tasting Notes 1

January 16, 2023 - No decant. Garnet edges with a translucent ruby core. Smelled raspberry, wet leaves, mushroom; tasted candied raspberry and a little vanilla. Medium-light body with adequate acidity and some lightly drying tannin that sneaks in at the finish right at the back of the mouth, said finish being fruity, just a tiny bit saline, and of medium length.
