September 18, 2021 - Popped and poured. Cedar, black currant and a licorice note. Great fruit, perfectly ripe, inky, loaded with dry extract and showing firm acidity. Drying tannins on the long finish. Lot’s of sediment to go along with the tannins. Next bottle would benefit from decanting.
