Community Tasting Notes 1

April 10, 2020 - Pale golden yellow - clean and crisp looking. Distinct sweet and spicy Gewurtz nose of flower petals, lychee and minerals. Very nicely balanced set of scents in the glass. Quite fresh and lovely smelling! Much more powerfully tasting than you would expect. Quite full and viscous. Gobs of lychee and ripe pear flavours, tart citrus, some minerality with a very spicy finish with floral replays. A bit sweet for my tastes, but well balanced and well made.
