November 20, 2023 - too juicy at first. Went ok with roast chicken. I feel like we've enjoyed this enough and ready to try something else.

March 30, 2022 - A really great Pinot Noir. It’s been a few weeks since we drank it, but it had great flavors of tobacco and a lovely structure that went very well with lighter meats.

Là, on voit subjectivement, que le taux est probablement trop élevé pour la profondeur .
L'aération lui donne grande chance sur cet aspect.
Mais, ça chauffe en finale un peu aussi...
Pas pâmé.
