November 22, 2012 - Perfect now. Full bodied cabernet cauvignon. Deep burgundy color. Hint of oak on nose, ripe dark berries on nose and palate. Minimal tannins, with complex flavors, very chewy. Moderate finish.

August 16, 2011 - Blueberry and cherry dominates. Tannins have smoothed out well. Drank over two nights and the flavor was fuller on the second night.
