November 24, 2023 - Medium body, mineral and earth notes, a bit short.

October 19, 2023 - Truffles on the nose, dark cherries, coffee, spice, ripe,Full on the palate, ripe tannins, Erg polished a little balsamic, ripe fruit,Espresso coffee, touch f violet, powdery tannins, Very smooth polished wine , young needs time but potentially very good. Will keep my bottles for 4 or 5 years.
Much more open and floral the next day, showing its fragrant side.

August 11, 2023 - Decanted for 20min, back to bottle and followed. 80% CS, 10% CF, 10% Merlot, ABV 14.5%

Nose is quite nice. Elegant orange peel, little bit of balsam, some deep red fruits, hint of new leather. Palate is medium-full body with nice acidity. The fruit feels round and deep, rich cherries with tart raspberry, little bit of herbs, tart orange peel. Finish a quick jolt of new leather followed by red fruit and herbs.

A beautiful rendition of a Cabernet dominant blend. Labeled as 14.5% ABV but doesn't feel like it. Plenty of weightlessness and elegance. Would go beautifully with a florentine steak.

Drink now or hold for another 5 years, should go 10 easily. 92-93ish.

July 8, 2023 - First experience with this producer and it was a good one. Decanted for a couple hours. This bottle was ready to go. No rush

May 21, 2023 - 2 hours in Red berry, red currant, yeasty loaf bread, saddle. 4 hours open the yeasty turns into a creamy cream de cassis, spice, tobacco. Also get some yellow flower and mint. Medium - full bodied. nice grip, what a beauty 5-6 hours in. Has delicate but so much umfffff. Try again 10 years
