    June 23, 2021 - Impulse Purchase @ Costco. 13.5% abv - $15

Served @ 10c/50f with Pork Loin & Porcini Linguini. Pale yellow on the pour. Floral notes with hints of white flowers, green apple and honeydew on the nose, carrying over to the palate with notes of Pear. Dry but with a hint of sweetness. Light-bodied with ample acidity; nice round mouth feel. Medium to long, slightly mineral finish without any bitterness. Spouse Endorsed - will buy more.
