March 13, 2023 - Pretty wine. Aromas of black cherries, orange citrus, fresh herbs, conifer, and an attractive earthy element. The earthy tones continue on the medium-bodied palate, where it picks up notes of oak spice, maraschino cherries, and a whiff of cola. Displays nice structure and a beautiful sense of place.

February 24, 2023 - Initial flavors of pinot funk (earth, mushroom, and some dark fruit), but a little thin and lacking in the middle. It fleshes out after an hour, but still lacking in complexity and finish. The alcohol bite and a touch of bitterness on the finish are off putting. I wouldn’t buy it again.

February 11, 2023 - Fairly light red colour. Nose and taste quite similar. Red berries, forest floor and some soft licorice. The taste was nice but not as rich as expected at this price point. Quite short. Nice to drink, but didn’t quite live up to its price.

bbq lobster tails 🦞 dauphinois potatoes, Kurobota rack of pork, listened mostly to Pam's Summer Fun!, sat outside, Saturday night with KB. Popped and sat for 90 minutes before drinking. Didn't need it but didn't hurt it. Paired nicely with The Meat Guy's Lamb Chops! Great night, with steamed green beans and shaved roasted almonds with a charcuterie and cheeseWho Likes This Wine
