Medium Lemon
day 2 Nose of ripe citrus, light quince, herbal and smoky, fresh hay, coumarin, and buttery lees aging character which I forgot or did not smell last night when doing the mock ... :(
More vibrant and acid than last night too, and more smokiness , like ashes in the back palate... strong smokiness to end up on the grassy note.
very Nice wine with more complexity and oily texture on day 2
Med Intensity of Aromas, of fresh cut herbs, grass, hay, lemongrass, fenel, stone fruits, peach, citrus, white pepper and smokiness.
The wine is dry, with med+ acidity, med alcohol, med- body, med Intensity of aromas of herbs, grass, hay, lemongrass, fenel, citrus, peach, and spicy smokiness. It has a medium+ finish over a sour and spicy ending.
That wine is well balanced within fruity and mostly herbal character and its medium body and alcohol. Thanks to an oily and spicy med+ finish, it is of very good quality and would have required more depth, length and a more zingy acidity to hold it more and to be outstanding. It will not gain any quality and would even lose its fruit in aging, to be drank now. -

May 16, 2021 - Plentiful aromas show notes of melon, lychee, white peach, papaya and plantain with notes of white chocolate, pink peppercorn, flint and hints of lemongrass, ground ginger and river stones.
The palates shows an almost creamy texture and has good weight that mingles with above moderate acidity and phenolics. The palate shows a great concentration of fruit with notes of melon, lychee, green papaya, and plantain with lemon oil, white chocolate, pink peppercorn, ground ginger, flint, gunmetal and saline. The finish is dry and gripping. -
