September 15, 2023 - From 2 bottles, both PnP, followed 5 hours + the next day
Classic Barbaresco nose, the 1st bottle showed sweet strawberry laced with blood orange and balsamic, the 2nd bottle was a bit more restrained with sous bois, blackberry and hints of wild strawberries.
Palate was very smooth, surprisingly integrated tannins and good length for both bottles.
For me, this is ready to drink now, though based on these bottles, they will fare well with several years in the cellar.2 people found this helpful Comment -
