April 18, 2022 - Ma dernière bouteille de 2018. Bouteille encore en grande forme et encore une fois je suis charmé par ce rosé hors normes. D'une couleur saumonée foncée. La bouche est riche avec une belle amertume noble en finale. Un vin d'une telle qualité pour à peine 20$ représente un des meilleurs achats qu'on peut faire chez nous. Il faut être rapide par-contre car ça ne reste pas longtemps sur les tablettes!

September 6, 2021 - Opened tonight - Drinking over several hours.
Nose: Very earthy and herbaceous (mint, thyme) nose. In background some primary fruit (darker cherries and blackberries).
Mouth: Med+ Acidity, nice texture and nice glaze. Nose repeats. Quite a good length.
Can drink now, but still room till 2025 - Quite interesting how it will evolve. -

May 20, 2021 - 13% - Clear, med+ salmon / clean, med+ intensity - crushed strawberries, watermelon flavored Jolly Ranchers, citrus peel, a touch of spice / dry, med to high refreshing acidity, med tannin, med body, med+ intensity with a nice persistent length. Very aromatic with such a nice concentration and some grip! This producer's rose is as exciting as their Jeunes Vignes Xino and not to mention the killer price point.
