감칠맛이 도는 풀드라이함이 참 좋았다
짭짤함이 아닌 푸릇푸릇한 감칠맛
쫀듯한 피니쉬가 페어링한 소고기와 잘 어우러졌다
라면국물마냥 칼칼한 깊은 국물 맛이 났다 -

December 4, 2021 - Flowers and red berries on the nose. Red and blue fruits, minerals and spice. Med to full body, fine tannins.

May 16, 2021 - Deep purple. On the palate black cherries, stewed black fruit, black currant, quite a bit of vanilla, black pepper, plum and smoked bacon. On the palate ripe black currant, ceder, cherry and vanilla. Long finish.
Full bodied, medium+ acidity, medium+ tannins
For my taste a bit too much oak at this point, might integrate with a few years of bottle age
