January 4, 2023 - Only medium weight red, surprisingly pale .
Super smooth seamless fragrance , red berries and spice perfectly integrated .
Supple and refined , gorgeous texture , silky, balanced and long. Red cherry , damson , hint of cassis , dark spice runs seamlessly throughout . Very Burgundian other than the more prominent tannins which are extremely refined. This is very young in its journey. -

June 8, 2022 - Ripe and kinda international. And stiff oak tannins. Just a tast though.

February 27, 2022 - Drank at in giglo in Montalcino.
Strawberry on the nose, the mouth feel is exquisite trio of experiences that play with each other but never become friends. This works on a few level's but overall a very crowd pleasing wine with concentration reserved for the the very best.1 person found this helpful Comment -

August 26, 2021 - Montalcino 2021 Brunello Trip; 8/26/2021-9/1/2021 (Montalcino, Sienna Province, Italy): Third Brunello vineyard on my 2021 Montalcino tour was also one of my top favourite - Casanova di Neri. 3rd up was the Reserva equivalent 2015 Cerretalto in its beautiful Black label. Dark purple brown hue with a super strong fruity aroma. Powerful Strong Brunello burst of red fruits - cherries, currants and raspberries opening up to an long finish and long linger - spicy, peppery, balsamic and a cheek-sucking dryness. While impressive, I expected a little more than a Euro300 wine and would take the 2016 Tenuta Nuova anytime at Euro93 - both are vintage years.

May 6, 2021 - Comparing to Tenuta Nuova, this wine is actually ‘softer’ and more approachable in a way. Again, it has loads of dark fruits, exotic spices, ton of flavours and depth. The fruit is just keeping coming up on the palate, with extremely long finish lingering for minutes. Pure, intense, allow the fruit to speak for itself. This wine can proudly stand against any great wine in the world! 97+
