September 5, 2023 - Just wow! Absolutely fantastic bottle. Rich, vibrant and full of flavor that whalloped every taste bud. The sweetness was challenged and balanced in every way. Bravo.

    March 8, 2021 - From 375 mL.

The nose on night one is slightly subdued, mostly throwing off wisps of yellow peach, pineapple, and slate. The palate, on the other hand, is a glorious cornucopia of yellow peach, pineapple, orange peel, star fruit, fig, lilac, crushed slate, and almond paste. Silky in texture with ripples of acidity and great dry extract, leaving pleasant tropical and dried fruit notes on an everlasting finish.

Leaving the rest for tomorrow, if it’ll make it...
