December 30, 2021 - I've had the Ribolla before (which is one of my favourite wines) but this was my first bottle of the Bianca della Castellada. It's a less "rich" wine than the Ribolla, but this bottle was stunning. Cleaner on the palate than the ribolla and a super long finish. If you're not a traditional orange wine fan, give this a go, it's hard not to like it. I reckon this would still cellar a couple more years but it's drinking very well now.
