April 20, 2024 - Excellent! Étonnant pour un vin de cet âge principalement à base de merlot. Principalement sur des arômes tertiaires, bois, animal, caramel, cassonade. Belle structure, tanins biens présents et souples. Ne va vraisemblablement pas encore s’améliorer mais très très bien. Et super rapport qualité prix. Payé $32,50 il y a 11 ans et le 2016 est présentement disponible à la SAQ pour $36…

February 9, 2020 - Very complex. Needs a lot of decanting. Only started to open and get going after 3+ hours. Not much fruit on the nose, but more cedar & cigar box. On the mouth and finish some dark fruits, but a light and average finish. Medium bodied, light texture in the mouth.
Night 2: way better, felt fuller bodied, more evolved and balanced. Drink up. -

Tannins are drying and fruit seems to be absent.
Ends on an abrupt and drying note. Not pleasing. -
