December 2, 2023 - 醒酒器醒酒2小时，香气开头多粉质香料和坚果碎之类的味道，迷迭香、橙花、茉莉、兰花等花香飘逸优美，从外周沾着雾气，弥漫开来，慢慢和粉状的石灰和薰衣草香结合在一起。酸橘子、柚子、青菠萝、百香果、黄油桃以及黄桃奶昔构成主体，还保持着紧凑而强大的力量，在与空气接触的过程中慢慢回拢力道，变得大气浑厚又有着不错的轻盈感。口中结构大，力量感十足，集中度很高，酸度高而坚实，既有纵贯感，也有横向铺展的稳固，结合萃取而来干浸出物的轻微磨砂感，以及夹杂着金属、石灰的矿物感，显得坚固而强势，富有张力，搭配酸油桃、葡萄柚、黑醋栗、热带果之类的果味显得精巧细致，收尾很长。

April 23, 2023 - 刚开瓶就能嗅到其蕴含着庞大的力量感，被石灰和细粉质矿物感包裹起来的整体，弥漫出淡淡的烟熏，似乎一点就要爆发出来。个中蕴含着酸橘、葡萄柚、桃子，伴随着一层的柠檬凝乳味和奶油感，在鼻腔中勾勒出自己的轮廓，像是地形图一般，入口酒体大，骨架硬朗，随着醒酒还在慢慢变大，有着很强的冲击力，一下子席卷口腔，高酸轻易穿透口腔，整个口腔像是过电一般酥麻，而后回归均匀和光滑的触感，是极干的风格。矿物感在口中架起脚手架一般，扩张，有棱角但是工整而精确。
醒酒器3小时30分后，矿物感变得如同云雾一样，萦绕、笼罩着整体，还带一丝飘散。此时果味露出其真容，白油桃、葡萄柚、酸橘、熟橘子、柠檬、草莓奶和淡淡的菠萝之类的热带果，精确、干净而复杂。穿插着杭白菊、橙花、玉兰之类雅致的花香，中后段有着鲜牛奶的质感，整体香气在鼻腔中如同泉涌，香气一直在变化。喝起来整体更具扩张感和肌肉感，此时整个酒的力道更有主线，细腻又带有轻微过电感的触感，依旧紧致的酒体中，柠檬、葡萄柚、沙糖桔、菠萝和油桃等果味开始分化开来，具有爆发力的矿物感混合着新鲜百里香、茴香之类的香草和白花香给后段和余味带来足够的复杂度，饮后齿间还会溢出兰花香。96+/1001 person found this helpful Comment -

maybe the best wine of Keller's superb 2019 series. Very focused and pure. Some herbal and reductives notes. Really dry and not German GG dry. Yuzu and unripe passionfruit. Discreet popcorn and a precise finish. 983 people found this helpful Comment -
