May 14, 2024 - Dekantert. Meget pen, mørk frukt til å dø for, men som sum ikke helt perfekt. Den mangler noe syre, den har syre, men ikke nok til å balansere det hele. Jeg klager ikke, bare nevner det. Meg gøy vin, passer neppe til mat.

May 24, 2023 - Dark fruit and some cedar on nose. Still youthful and fresh but beginning to show some nice tertiary wood and spices. Will continue maturing nicely.

October 28, 2017 - Absolutely delicious; whereas the Canon-la-Gaffeliere is aristocratic and poised, the La Mondotte heralds party time. Rich plum, blueberry, truffle, leather. Almost Pomerol-ish, really. Nice depth on the palate for 06. Best days are ahead.
