In de mond fris, zilt en hinten van citrus en witte peper. In de afdronk fijn zuur. Eigenlijk gewoon heel lekker. Niet iets dat ik breed zou inkopen maar aangenaam voor bij garnalen en eigenlijk bijna alles wat in de zee zwemt.
