December 24, 2022 - This is still vibrant and fresh, but not suprisingly more evolved than my last bottle a few years ago. More tertiary notes coming in, this is in a really great place now. Beautifully aged but still vibrant. Love it.

January 8, 2022 - Briefly, we enjoyed this very much as part of a long lunch, paired primarily with a crayfish bisque with armagnac.

As PeterNelson said "creamy, light herbal notes, guava, grapefruit, integrated oak, nicely balanced". Quite light on the acidity, but that worked well for this pairing.

I'd be happy to get more of this in at the ~US$50 I paid. No sign of it aging out yet.

December 18, 2021 - Certainly a fullish nose, tropical fruit, kiwi, lanolin, cream, but also a savory, slightly unclean note I didn’t care for.

September 27, 2021 - Not my cup of tea; though possessing some rich melon fruit, a bit raw and weedy. Maybe this blossomed with air, but I didn’t revisit it.
