Community Tasting Notes 1

March 31, 2020 - Sweet, fragrant nose of fig and pear, with green notes of melon and iceberg lettuce. Palate shows fragrant notes of pear, melon, lemongrass and, with time, passion fruit. Medium-to-full-bodied: crisp and zippy, but with a hint of thickness. Well-balanced: very sweet fruit flavours, but the wine is dry, even a little chalky.
